Hi, this is for USA collectors only, particularly those who reside in Los Angeles or California.I ordered a figure, and it's shipped with EMS and right now it has been stuck at ISC Los Angeles Customs for 3 days. I have shipped about 5 to 7 figures before and they all only took ONE day to pass through customs.
Now, due to my anxiety disorder and further research on ISC LA Yelp reviews, I am starting to worry. Worst case scenario, is it possible to get a refund from USPS since EMS is insured? Please help if anyone has ever gone through this process or know anything. I really don't understand the procedure of filing a claim...
